A flower lai is placed over your head as you take your seat along the beach on the island of Maui.  Torches surround the stage, their flames dancing from the soft breeze coming from the Pacific.  Dancers start the night dressed in coconut bras and grass skirts while men twirl sticks of fire in front of the dazzled crowd.  Roasted pig is on the menu this night and waitresses with flowers in their hair pass out drinks served in coconuts and decorated with fruit on a stick and little umbrellas.  You hold up your drink and tell them to "keep them coming", tonight is going to be a great night!
