Think back to when you were a child and spent the day out in the cold sledding.  The sky was bright blue, cloudless, the air so cold that your nostrils stuck together when you breathed and you could no longer feel the tips of your ears, fingers or toes.  But the hill needed to be conquered just one more time, the reward of flying down the snow covered hill too great to miss.  As you climbed the hill, holding onto your wooden sleds rope with a mittened hand, you gazed at the majestic tree at the top of the hill.  The solid black frame that came up from the ground as if drawn with a black Sharpie instead of having survived hundreds of years in that same spot, from the elements, progress and the timber yard.  That tree is now positioned on this Scrabble Tile necklace to provide a memory of the symbol of that tree and the history that will forever surround it, be it sledding or your own childhood memory.  All that's missing is the hot chocolate but you can probably feel the sting on your tongue just thinking about it.
