What does "upcycled" mean anyway? TOP
"Upcycled" is when a product that is currently in use in its intended purpose is made into something else. All of the tiles used in our jewelry were game pieces and will vary in color and wear.
Do you ship outside the US? TOP
We are happy to!
Can I tell you what letter I want on the back of the tile? TOP
You bet! If we have the letter we will for sure send it to you! If it's important to you, you may want to email us first to see if we have the letter. Certain letters are very abundant, like vowels, so you can be sure you'll get those but there are others that are harder to come by. I list the letters that are harder to get and if your letter turns out to be one of those, please email first. We do have blank backs that we can write a letter in but we leave that decision to you:)
Do I get a necklace with the pendant or do I have to buy that too? TOP
You will receive a silver snake chain with every pendant you purchase. Please check our listings for other necklaces that are available for your pendants. We offer quite a few different colors of the rattail cords that will look lovely.
Are these safe for children? TOP
We don't recommend our necklaces to children under the age of five. Because of the small size of the Scrabble Tiles we feel caution needs to be taken as they could be a choking hazard.
Are the pendants waterproof? TOP
We don't recommend getting them wet. Submerging the pendants in water or wearing them in the shower may ruin the look of the pendant. For the longest life of your pendant, please remove your necklace before wearing it in situations where it could get wet including showers, swimming, rain and damp situations.
I want to give the necklace as a gift, do you gift wrap? TOP
Sure, we include a small gift box and single ribbon tied nicely around the box when we ship it out to you for no extra charge. If you would like me to wrap it up for you, we do have several reasonably priced gift wrap options available to cover many occassions! I can even include a card with your personal message and ship it directly to the recipient.
Do you have necklaces I can sell at my school fund raisers? TOP
I do! That is my specialty! Please email me directly and we can discuss what you have in mind for your school. I can make them to sell to you wholesale or I can make them available to your school by order form. Either way, it's a great way for your school to earn a little extra money, especially in this tough economic climate.
What is your return policy? TOP
Number one, we want you to be happy! If you receive your product and it isn't what you expected or doesn't meet your needs then you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked. (although we'd be dying to know and would appreciate to know, especially if it means we can have another chance at meeting your needs) As long as the item is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you and is within thirty (30) days, we're happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, minus shipping. Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable.
How long does it take to ship products from Wheezies? TOP
We just need three business days and then it will be shipped out. Shipping time varies depending on which shipping method you select. We recommend First Class mail in the US which usually arrives in 2 to 5 business days.
